Lázaro Calderón Volochinsky, serves as CEO. He is an auditor accountant from the University of Santiago. He has an extensive career, with more than 40 years working at Ripley, holding different positions in the areas of administration and management, a company that was founded by his father, Alberto Calderón, and his uncle, Marcelo Calderón. At the beginning of his career, at the age of 21, Lázaro Calderón worked at Deloitte for about a year.

Sergio Hidalgo, serves as Corporate VP, a position he assumed in January 2010. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has a vast career in retail, financial retail and in the real estate area, highlighting his positions as Director at Mall Marina, Valbifrut, Valle Escondido and Ipal. He has worked at Empresas Ripley since 1984 holding various executive positions and serving as a director in several of its affiliated companies. Sergio also serves as General Manager of Ripley Chile and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco Ripley. He participates in the Executive and Investment Committee, the Compliance and PLAFT Committee, the Insurance Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Technology Committee, all of them of Banco Ripley.

Werner Geissbühler has been the Corporate CFO since September 2021. He is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has an MBA from the London Business School University. He has an extensive career in corporate finance, financial planning and strategic planning, with more than 11 years of experience in the airline industry, working at the multinational LATAM Airlines and later at SKY Airline, where he served as CFO of the company prior to join Ripley.

Mauricio San Miguel is Corporate Affairs Manager since February 2020. He holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and he also holds a Master degree in Business Law from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. Mauricio joined Ripley in 2018, serving as Head of Legal Affairs of Banco Ripley Chile, and two years later he became Corporate Affairs Manager and Board Member of Banco Ripley, a role that he maintains to this day. Before joining Ripley, he worked for more than 12 years at Banco Itaú, holding various executive positions before assuming the position of Head of Legal Affairs, with regional responsibility based in Brazil.

Alejandro Subelman is the CEO of Banco Ripley Chile since 2015. He has a degree in Business Engineer from the University of Chile with a major in Economics. He also holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Alejandro has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he held various executive positions at Falabella Financiero, first as Planning and Development Manager, and then in 2012 he became the Chief Channel Officer at Banco Falabella Chile.

Paul Fiedler has been the CEO of Banco Ripley Peru since October 2020. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas UPC, and an MBA from Incae Business School and Adolfo Ibáñez University. Paul has more than 25 years of experience in various multinational companies related to the financial and retail sectors. He joined Ripley in 2013 and has held various executive roles within the Bank. Between 2008 and 2013, he was part of the Intercorp Group, serving as Commercial Manager of Financiera Oh. He was previously part of Grupo Altas Cumbres and Ahold-Supermercados Peruanos S.A.

Alfonso Lobato is Chief Commercial Officer of Ripley Corp since June 2016. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has an MBA from IE Business School. Alfonso has more than 15 years of experience in the retail sector. Before joining Ripley, he served as Business Manager of the Department Stores division at Cencosud S.A., and previously worked at Comercial Depor as Business Manager for more than 3 years.

Rodrigo Guajardo has been General Manager Retail Peru since August 2022. He is an economist from the University of Chile and has a Master in Economic Development and an MBA from Duke University, United States. Rodrigo began his career as a Mathematics Professor at Enseña Chile and then joined Ripley in 2014 as an Ecommerce Business Developer at Ripley.com. During 2018 he developed consulting projects at the IFC of the World Bank, and then, since 2020, he served as Manager of Strategic eCommerce Projects.

Javier Postigo it CEO of Mall Aventura since July 2016. He has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima and has a Master degree in business administration from the San Ignacio de Loyola University. Javier has extensive experience in the shopping centers industry which he has built since 2007, working for more than 9 years at Mall Aventura Plaza. Previously, he was part of different multinational companies such as 3M, IBM and Chevron, where he developed his experience in financial, administrative and commercial areas.

Carlos Rivero has served as Corporate Technology Manager since August 2024. He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Rosario in Argentina. Carlos is an international executive who has worked in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, and the United States. He has extensive experience in Banking, Retail, and Consulting, developed at Accenture, Santander, Falabella, and Ripley. In the past, he has held managerial roles in areas such as Strategic Planning, Commercial Management, Digital Transformation, Distribution, Management Control, Technology, and Operations.
