Ripley Corp S.A.´s Board of Directors consists of 9 members, who, according to the bylaws, last 3 years in their functions. The current Board of Directors was elected at the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 28, 2023, with all members remaining in their respective positions to date.

Hernán Uribe, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ripley Corp and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. He is a Civil Industrial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has an MBA from the University of California (UCLA). In the past, he held executive positions such as CFO of Ripley Corp between 2004 and 2010, CFO of Ultramar between 2001 and 2004, General Manager of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson between 1996 and 2001, CFO of Cristalerías Chile between 1992 and 1996, and Operations Manager of Adidas Chile between 1989 and 1990. He was also a part-time Finance professor at the School of Engineering and at the School of Administration of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of Ripley Chile, director of Banco Ripley Chile, Banco Ripley Peru, Mall Aventura and Inmobiliaria Imagina and advisor to the Calderón family.

Michel Calderón has been a director of Ripley Corp since 2011. He is a Business Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He currently also serves as General Manager of the Imagina Group, Director of Mall Aventura, Director of Cordesan and President of the WorldLogistic company.

Isabel Margarita Bravo, has been an Independent Director of Ripley Corp since 2020. She is a Commercial Engineer with a major in finance from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and has a Diploma in Financial Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. She developed professionally at Telefónica Chile, where she was CFO, finance and administration director, purchasing director and member of the Boards of Telefónica Chile and Telefónica Factoring. She currently serves as president of the board of directors of Ripley Corp, and also as independent director and president of the board of directors of Clínica Indisa, director of UnoSalud, director of Corporación Inbest, director of Valtín Capital and member of Chile Global Angels.

Andrés Calderón, has been a director of Ripley Corp since 2010. He is an Accountant Auditor from the Universidad de Santiago. He served as Director of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, President of the Origami Foundation. He currently also holds the role of Director in Grupo Imagina companies and Director of WorldLogistic.

Sandra Porcile has been an Independent Director at Ripley Corp since 2020. She is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a Chemical mention from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has an MBA from the University of Michigan Ann Arbour. She has more than 25 years of experience in positions of director, General and Regional Manager in multinational and national retail and mass consumption companies. Among her main positions are, her role as General Manager of Nike Chile and Bolivia, General Manager of Sparta, Regional Manager of Planning and Marketing Shopping Centers Cencosud, and founder of food start-up Protteina Foods, a food distribution company in 6 countries of Latinamerica. Currently, she also serves as director of Protteina Foods USA, Chile and Peru, Startups Mentor for the Goof Food Institute (USA), and as a marketing professor at the Universidad del Desarrollo.

Verónica Edwards has been an Independent Director of Ripley Corp since 2011. She is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Between 1982 and 2012 she served as Partner and Executive Director of Adimark Market Research. Additionally, she has been part of various boards, such as Director of DyS, Director of Vitamina Kindergartens, Director of Metro, Director of the Tacal social foundation, Director of the Amigos por Siempre social foundation, Counselor of the Mujer Community, Member of the Montblanc Consulting Advisory Council, Director of ICARE, Director of CMPC Tissue and Counselor of the Center for Public Policy of the UC. Currently, she also serves as a Member of the Advisory Council of the Center for Corporate Governance, Director of Agrosuper and Director of Aquachile.

Laurence Golborne has been Director of Ripley Corp since 2014. He is a Civil Industrial Engineer with a Major in Chemistry from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has extensive experience where his roles as CEO of Cencosud, CFO at Gener, member of the board of directors of Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM), Ripley Chile, Mall Aventura, Tavamay S.A., Metalúrgica Arrigoni S.A. and Minister of Mining and Energy for the first period of Government of ex President Sebastián Piñera.

Mario Meirelles Gonzaga do Monte has served as a Director of Ripley Corp since 2023. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio Janeiro and an MBA from ESADE Business School. He has more than 15 years of experience in the retail and e-commerce world. He worked 8 years at Amazon Spain and Brazil, leading projects and areas that allowed the company to lead the ecommerce market in Brazil. Previously, he worked at Google, responsible for the development of innovative solutions for major retail advertisers. Also, at Accenture, he led the strategic consulting of large projects and served as Chief Digital Officer of the Iguatemi Group, which is among the leading shopping mall companies in Brazil. He currently serves as Managing Director of Unlimitail for Latin America, a global JV of the Carrefour and Publicis groups focused on retail media.

Miguel Ángel Peña, has been a Director of Ripley Corp since 2023. He holds a degree in Systems from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and an AMP from Harvard Business School. He has more than 20 years of experience in technological transformations, implementation of digital solutions for financial and payment businesses. Previously he was President and CEO of Tarjetas Regionales (Naranja, Nevada, Efectivo Sí) of Grupo Galicia, member of the executive committee of Grupo Galicia with the roles of COO and CIO and previously Senior Manager at Accenture. In addition, he is an Angel Investor in several technology startups in Latin America. He also currently serves as a director of Banco Galicia and Naranja X.
