The Board of Directors of Ripley Corp S.A. is composed of 9 members who, in accordance with the company's bylaws, serve a term of three years. The current Board was elected at the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 29, 2025, and all members currently remain in their respective positions

Hernán Uribe serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ripley Corp and has been a member of the Board since 2010. He is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA from the University of California (UCLA). Previously, he held executive positions including CFO of Ripley Corp from 2004 to 2010, CFO of Ultramar from 2001 to 2004, Chief Executive Officer of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson from 1996 to 2001, CFO of Cristalerías Chile from 1992 to 1996, and Operations Manager of Adidas Chile from 1989 to 1990. He was a part-time Finance professor at the PUC School of Engineering and the School of Management. He currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of Ripley Chile, Director of NovaAndino Litio, Banco Ripley Chile, Banco Ripley Peru, Mall Aventura, and Inmobiliaria Imagina, and as an advisor to the Calderón family.

Michel Calderón has served as a Director of Ripley Corp since 2010. He is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Imagina, Director of Mall Aventura, Director of Cordesan, and Chairman of WorldLogistic.

Andrés Calderón has served as a Director of Ripley Corp since 2010. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the University of Santiago. He currently serves as a Director of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Origami Foundation, Director of companies within the Grupo Imagina, Director of Mall Aventura, Director of WorldLogistic, and as a start-up coach.

Verónica Edwards has served as an independent director of Ripley Corp since 2011. She is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Between 1982 and 2012, she was a partner and Executive Director at Adimark Market Research. She has also served on various boards, including as Director of DyS, Vitamina Kindergartens, Metro, Fundación Social Tacal, Fundación Social Amigos por Siempre, and ICARE; as a member of the Advisory Council of Montblanc Consulting; as a board member of CMPC Tissue; and as a Counselor of the UC Center for Public Policy and Comunidad Mujer. She is currently a Director of Agrosuper, AquaChile, and Fundación Teletón.

Laurence Golborne has served as a Director of Ripley Corp since 2014. He is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a specialization in Chemistry from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has extensive experience, notably serving as CEO of Cencosud, CFO of Gener, and as a board member of Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM), Ripley Chile, Mall Aventura, Tavamay S.A., and Metalúrgica Arrigoni S.A. He also served as Minister of Mining and Energy during the first administration of former President Sebastián Piñera.

Executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in innovation, digital transformation, and retail. She has over 25 years of experience leading growth initiatives, ecommerce, omnichannel strategies, and the adoption of emerging technologies across complex organizations and technology startups. She served as Corporate Commercial Manager at Cencosud and is the founder and co-founder of companies such as Happyshop, Jooycar, and NEOS AI, with a focus on digital business models, artificial intelligence, and insurtech. She currently serves on boards and strategic committees, contributing her expertise in corporate governance, innovation, and digital transformation. She holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with executive education in innovation and entrepreneurship. She has been recognized as one of the “100 Leading Women” by El Mercurio.

Miguel Ángel Peña has served as a Director of Ripley Corp since 2023. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the National Technological University and an AMP from Harvard Business School. He has over 20 years of experience in technological transformations and in implementing digital solutions for financial and payments businesses. Previously, he served as Chairman and CEO of Tarjetas Regionales (Naranja, Nevada, Efectivo Sí) of Grupo Galicia, and as a member of Grupo Galicia’s Executive Committee in the roles of COO and CIO, and earlier as a Senior Manager at Accenture. He is also an angel investor in several technology startups across Latin America. He currently also serves as a Director of Banco Galicia, Naranja X, and ADL of Grupo Aval in Colombia.

Executive with extensive experience in business management and investments. He currently leads a family office with operations in Chile and abroad, and serves on boards in the real estate and telecommunications sectors, as well as nonprofit organizations. He was Executive Vice President of Farmacias Ahumada (FASA) until its sale in 2010, and previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. in the United States. He holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ripley Corp between 2017 and 2018.

Professional with a strong track record in investments, finance, and corporate governance. He has held senior positions at Coca-Cola Embonor, Vivocorp, Cruz Blanca Salud, and Envases del Pacífico, and has participated in real estate and energy projects. He served as Investment Manager at Inversiones Caburga (Grupo Said) and as Commercial Manager at the ENEA Business Park (Enersis). He holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Chile and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). He currently serves as a director of companies in the real estate, agricultural, and export sectors.
